Platelet Rich Plasma Injection

Hydrodissection
Hydrodissection may be performed for compression/irritability of a nerve or soft tissue structure. Nerve entrapment syndromes, fascial based pain and other soft tissue conditions may be treated with Hydrodissection. All procedures are performed under direct ultrasound guidance. Prior to booking these procedures you must be evaluated by Dr Esser either via a TeleConsult or In-Person Consultation.
Barbottage
Barbottage is an ultrasound guided procedure to remove excess calcium from a tendon or other soft tissue structure. The procedure is most commonly used to treat calcific tendonitis of the rotator cuff and is effective in 85% of cases. It can also be used for trochanteric calcific tendonitis among other calcific conditions.
School Physical
Do you or your child need a basic school physical completed for sports participation? Sign up online and schedule today. This requires an IN PERSON visit for completion.
Steroid/Cortisone Injection
This selection is an add on to an already scheduled clinical visit or as a stand alone appointment if Dr Esser has approved you for the injection. Please do not select this visit without prior approval from Dr Esser. Thank you!
Biologics Conversation
Select this Tele Visit type if you live outside Florida and wish to learn more about the Biologic procedures Dr Esser and David Bryant perform including PRP, Stem Cells and the like. During this visit we can discuss treatments, options you may be a candidate for and the procedures themselves. This visit will allow you to get to know us more, to discuss questions related to Biologic procedures and to discuss your possible candidacy.
